Chef/Owner David Weinberg is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America. Years before the conception of Kitchen 845 Chef Weinberg was in charge of both the Grill Room and Dining Room at The Ritz Carlton Naples, as well as being the Executive Chef of exclusive area country clubs. It is this experience that has derived the intimate knowledge of what necessitates the needs of the surrounding communities, and our goal is to always exceed your expectations.
